Founded in 2015, by Sandy Colombo and Dee Mills, Valuable Business Conversations was born to do just that.

Have business conversations around growth, training, recruitment of great people, management of people to bring out their best and all the useful actionable conversations that businesses needed without all the fluff.

 

Now, with an amazing group of trainers, coaches and facilitators they are able to deliver these much needed conversations in the form of soft skills training across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

Sandy Colombo

Dee Mills

Dee’s energy and enthusiasm comes through in her training and she brings real world knowledge and experience to the table. She’s walked the talk and participants of her training sessions appreciate this. Her key strengths are seeing the best in each individual and inspiring them to own it. She encourages people to be accountable for their actions and shares knowledge and expectations with participants to be the best version of themselves. Dee is an Extended DISC profile consultant and offers expert remote training services.

Debbie Rivers

Debbie Rivers is an Internationally Accredited Relationship Expert & Communication specialist. She knows that good relationships make life better – whether that is at work, in friendships or in romantic relationships! She is a Certified Life Coach, a Master NLP Coach, Master mBIT Coach and a Certified Matchmaker with the Matchmakers Institute in New York. Debbie shares this excellent perspective to all her training sessions ensuring you come away a better understanding of your relationship with the world around you.

Jon Piercey

Jon brings 30 years experience in corporate sales to his training sessions. From understanding how to build a relationship, to influencing them positively and taking customers through the journey for a win win result. Jon’s pragmatic approach is appreciated by those he works with in both coaching and training. He is a qualified trainer, coach and Extended DISC profile consultant.
